In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to the owner of the website plateclip.com.au – ABN No. 26 458 951 402.
Please read the Terms and Conditions agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the Plate Clip Australia (“Site”). By using this website you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions do not use this website.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, lost opportunities, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our services. Under no circumstances will Plate Clip Australia be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, incorrect email addresses, internet failures, computer equipment failures, other equipment failures, or non-performance of third parties.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Plate Clip contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. Any such material includes, but is not limited to, design, layout, graphics or overall appearance. Any reproduction of the content contained within Plate Clip Australia is prohibited under Copyright legislation or unless otherwise indicated and that you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by Plate Clip Australia.
Any reproduction or redistribution of any of the contents in any such form is prohibited however, other than the following:
- Print and download for non-commercial but for personal use only,
- You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.
- You are prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of the content unless you have received our express written authorisation to do so.
- You are prohibited from transmitting or storing the content onto other website or other forms of digital retrieval systems apart from plateclip.com.au
- You understand that you are responsible for any grammatical, typographical, or other design related errors in the Product after your second revision or your approval of the product.
Any products or services ordered from Plate Clip Australia will only be commenced upon receipt of payment has been received and all appropriate information and material has been received from the client. You are responsible for all provided documents completeness, accuracy and for proofreading. We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies. You understand that you are responsible for any typographical, grammatical, or any other design related errors.
Plate Clip Australia regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Plate Clip Australia users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
WHOLESALE CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
In order to become a wholesale customer with Plate Clip, you must:
- be aged 18 or older
- be a current director of a company, partnership or sole trader or ABN holder of a registered business
- complete a wholesale account application form and open a wholesale account
- not be banned from holding company directorship, nor be subject to a personal insolvency agreement or debt agreement nor have previously have been declared bankrupt. (the NPII register may be accessed for information )
HOW DO I SET UP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
You will create your own username and password during the wholesale application. Once your account is approved, you will receive an email to notify you. Contained in that email will be your login details. To qualify as a wholesale customer, you must purchase our products for the purpose of re-selling them to your customers, or otherwise have a suitable business type business such as auto store, service station or other registered automotive business.
Once you have your account setup, you can access it 24 hours a day to place orders, previous orders, even pay online through our secure online payment system.
MINIMUM QUANTITIES
Minimum order quantities and a minimum order spend apply for wholesale orders. All Wholesale orders must be $300.00 or over. Further discounts apply when ordering in larger quantities. The quantities are tiered in increments of 20 when ordering individual products.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY – WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Before placing an order, ensure that you have set up an account with us as a wholesale customer. Once set up, you can place an order online, over the phone or via email. You can also leave a recurring order to be sent automatically at your preferred intervals.

- Online: Register and create a wholesale account at plateclip.com.au and simply order online 24 hours a day. Your order will be processed automatically into our system removing any margin for error in handling.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
Online prices are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (plateclip.com.au) for each listed product. Eligible stockists can set their own pricing however, we do ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.
Plate Clip accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and EFT payments.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
If paying via EFT, please email us through the remittance advice as proof of payment.
ACCOUNTS & PAYMENT TERMS – WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
All orders are on a 14 day payment term, unless a longer payment term has been previously agreed to in writing. All in-stock products will be shipped immediately. Please contact us via email at gday@plateclip.com.au if you would like to apply for a 30 day account. We accept VISA and MasterCard or EFT. We do not accept AMEX or PayPal for Wholesale orders. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT.
First time wholesale order invoices must be paid in full prior to the dispatch of your order. Future orders will be invoiced on a 14 day payment term.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
All goods supplied remain the property of Plate Clip until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card for the overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 30 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.
RETURNS/CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER/CANCELLATIONS – WHOLESALE & RETAIL CUSTOMERS
We will happily change or cancel your order anytime upon your request however, please notify us within twenty four (24) hours of placing your order. After twenty four (24) hours, we cannot alter the order as it will be packed, sealed and ready for delivery. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after these cut off times.
You must pay for products (including any delivery fees and taxes) which you have ordered, even if you cancel or change orders after these cut off times. Plate Clip Australia will accept refunds within 14 days from the day of purchase only if the product is faulty in same way shape or form. We do not accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.
DELIVERY TIMES – WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Please allow up to five (5) business days from the time of your order. Generally, most orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours. Your order will be shipped via a reputable courier service or Australia Post or unless other arrangements have been requested. You will be notified via email should there be any delays in receiving your goods.
DELIVERY CHARGES – WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Freight is not included in product pricing, instead it is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. All wholesale orders have low shipping costs depending on the order amount. Plate Clip will provide rebate in the form of stock to compensate for the shipping costs. Products not available will be placed on back-order and dispatched once back in stock. Shipping fees apply to each separate order.
EXCLUSIVITY – SALES OUTLETS/ WEBSITE AND ONLINE SALES
Please note as a Plate Clip stockist, you do not automatically receive exclusivity within your area. Plate Clip only authorise our wholesale customers to sell through the registered retail store/s (and secondary stores) provided within your initial wholesale application to Plate Clip. Website/online store sales are accepted.
Plate Clip do not allow its products to be sold at online marketplaces sites such as eBay or Amazon whatsoever or through markets without prior consent. Selling Plate Clip products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance. If Plate Clip identify any registered businesses or company trading outside of the the listed Terms & Conditions without prior approval, Plate Clip have the right to cease supplying products to that registered business or company immediately.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with Plate Clip, you agree to the above terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
